Do a big, time absorbing project instead of doomscrolling. The time will pass anyway, might as well have something to show for it. This is my current art project, which I’ve just been calling “big art.” It’s about 8 feet long, and even though it’s taking foreverrrr, it’s satisfying to see progressively more of it fill in ☺️
